Request Test Results

If you were referred to have additional tests performed outside of our office, please call our office to schedule a follow-up appointment with your physician to review those results in person.  It is a good idea to schedule your follow-up appointment once you have the test scheduled.  Many results must first be screened by the physician and have further recommendations made, and this may take an extra day or two.
